Get to Know David – The Artist
I began my welding journey in 1988, working with a family-owned welding shop, Ritchie Metal Works. As my career progressed, I uncovered my passion for metal art. In 2014, I created my first commercial metal art piece, which launched my career as an artist. The then-custom metal shop evolved into the spacious 5,600-square-foot art facility equipped with everything needed to produce custom metal art in all sizes and shapes.
Not long after, I brought my first personal artwork to life. Since then, I continue to challenge myself to explore new techniques, combining reclaimed wood, aluminum, and steel, and incorporating intricate details to create unique masterpieces.
